Strong knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress (Drupal, Gupshup, Contabo or similar).
Experience with SEO best practices, Google Analytics/Search Console, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent writing/editing skills for travel-related content with a keen eye for design and detail.
Understanding of UX/UI principles, website architecture, and basic HTML/CSS (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM software operations and lead tracking.

Oversee day-to-day management of the company’s website including updates, maintenance, and content uploads.
Ensure website UI/UX is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with the company’s branding.
Work with developers/IT to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
Monitor website performance, SEO optimization, analytics, and conversion metrics; recommend improvements.
Monitor CRM software and ensure proper lead management.
Develop and execute a content calendar for blogs, landing pages, destination guides, and promotional pages.
Write or commission engaging travel content, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and relevant to target audiences.
Manage multimedia assets (images, videos, infographics) for the website.
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, style, and legal compliance (copyrights, third-party media, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to plan digital campaigns and product launches.
Create landing pages for campaigns, tours, or special offers to drive leads and bookings.
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and designers as needed.
Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
Produce monthly/quarterly reports on content performance and ROI.
Use insights to refine content strategy and improve customer journey.
