Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, businesses, communities, and our way of life. It has impacted the complete world.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.

We're focused on the health and safety of our Clients, Aviana Team, Our families and communities.

We request all the passengers who have booked their summer group tour packages and customised trips through us, not to worry about the money already spent.

We value your concern and your hard-earned money is safe and will not go for a loss. We shall issue a deposit receipt (T&C applied) and they will be entitled to take the trip in the coming times to come, once the whole situation is under control. Only, if at all there is any difference (in case you wish to pick any expensive package or like further visa charges, overseas medical premium etc.) shall be charged else-wise no further amount will be charged.

Regarding the refunds, we cannot process it immediately as we are waiting for the final call from the government.

The worst hit industry is the tourism sector. The industry forum is already working on this with the government. We are waiting for their final decision. We request all the passengers to also understand that we are not holding your money. The payments have been made to the airlines and other supplier services. Now we are waiting for the government's decision on refunds from Airlines and Suppliers.

It's important to understand that there might be a possibility that airlines and suppliers will not refund the money to us and will reschedule the dates with flexible travelling options. We again assure you, that your money spent, will not be lost and it can be utilised within the received rescheduled dates.

At some points we might delay in responding. This doesn't mean we are avoiding you. It simply means we are working on your behalf to get back to you with confirmed details. Airlines and all related businesses take time to respond. It may take some time to come back to you with a reply.
