Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to the Nara Tour. Visit the famous Todai-ji Temple and Nara Deer Park. Visit Osaka Castle (Photo Stop), the historic Osaka Castle. The Osaka Castle was built in 1583 but went through a number of reconstruction bouts, the latest being in 1997. The castle now stands with a modern interior in a museum-like style. Learn about the history of the castle and the rule of Hideyoshi through displays and artifacts in the castle museum. The castle tower is surrounded by secondary citadels, gates, turrets, impressive stone walls, and moats. In March & April, the castle grounds come alive with cherry blossoms. Enjoy your breakfast at Hotel. Today enjoy a trip to Mt. Fuji, the highest and most famous mountain in Japan. It rises 3,776 meters above the sea level. It is considered as one of the most beautiful conical volcanoes in the world and the base of Mt. Fuji forms almost a perfect circle stretching 35 to 40 km from east to west and
north to south. The volcano has been inactive for over 250 years and can be accessed up to the 5th station of Mt. Fuji by bus. Proceed to Hakone a mountainous town known for its hot spring’s resorts and views of the iconic volcano Mount Fuji. Experience thrill at the Komagatake Ropeway. It leads from the shore of Lake Ashinoko to near the Komagatake peak of Mount Hakone. Panoramic views of Lake Ashinoko and Mount Fuji can be appreciated from the ropeway’s upper station. Later, enjoy a leisurely boat ride around the exquisite Lake Ashi. Next, visit Oshino Hakkai, a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, located between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako on the site of a former sixth lake that dried out several hundred years ago. The eight ponds are fed by snowmelt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals.
Evening return to Tokyo. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Tokyo.
