Eligibility:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English/Hindi/Bengali is a must).
  • Basic knowledge of travel products (airlines, hotels, packages, visas) preferred.
  • Ability to convince and convert leads into bookings.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote domestic and international travel packages, ticketing, and related services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries about itineraries, pricing, and booking procedures.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team’s targets.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Share promotional information, offers, and seasonal packages to drive conversions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve basic issues or escalate complex concerns to supervisors.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets as assigned.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in any field (Travel & Tourism preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
