In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel products (air, hotel, visa, travel insurance, packages, cruises, MICE) & Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Assistant Manager: 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in travel/tourism.
Manager: 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, including team-handling exposure.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B (corporate, agents) and B2C segments.
Expand the company’s market presence by promoting travel packages, MICE, ticketing, hotels, and ancillary services.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat and referral business
Act as the primary contact for high-value or corporate accounts.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and execution of annual sales plans and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify opportunities.
Develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
Supervise, guide and motivate junior sales executives.
Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training sessions.
Coordinate with marketing to generate qualified leads and campaigns.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and finance teams for seamless service delivery.
