Guest may cancel the travel contract (exclusively in writing) at any time before the departure of the trip of Aviana Travels Pvt Ltd. In the case of cancellation by the Guests, Aviana Travels Pvt. Ltd. is entitled to charge the following cancellation fees to the Guests.
From the Date of Booking to:
61 days prior to departure : Rs.10, 000/- + visa charges (if any) + Ticket cancellation charges (if any)
60 days to 46 days prior to departure : Rs.30, 000/- + visa charges (if any) + Ticket cancellation charges (if any)
45 days to 22 days prior to departure : 40{80b4123b05b325c140b19db43416c83e753ebc0ee4abfdcf055aef7293f2a991} of the Package Cost
21 days to 11 days prior to departure : 60{80b4123b05b325c140b19db43416c83e753ebc0ee4abfdcf055aef7293f2a991} of the Package Cost
10 days or Less prior to departure : 100{80b4123b05b325c140b19db43416c83e753ebc0ee4abfdcf055aef7293f2a991} of the Package Cost
NOTE:
In case of refusal of visa, the cancellation charges will be visa cost + ticket cancellation Charges (if any) + our service charges Rs.10000/- (Subject to visa refusal at least 61 days before the journey date, otherwise normal cancellation will apply)
