Policy & Terms
- 90% refund if cancelled more than 45 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled between 30 and 45 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Any change in travel dates or guest names will be treated as a cancellation.
1. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment.
2. Passport & Visa: Travelers must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from return date) and obtain all required visas and travel documents. Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
3. Payments: All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in cancellation of services and applicable charges.
4. Cancellation: Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking. Visa fees, insurance, and other non-refundable services cannot be refunded.
5. Amendments: Any changes after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Flights & Hotels: Flight schedules, baggage policies, hotel check-in/check-out times, and room allocations are governed by the respective service providers and are Subject to Availability.
7. Itinerary Changes: Sightseeing, transfers, hotels, or activity schedules may be modified due to operational reasons, weather conditions, local regulations, or unforeseen circumstances without affecting the overall inclusions.
8. Unused Services: No refunds will be provided for any unused services, missed tours, no shows, or voluntary changes by the traveler.
9. Travel Insurance: Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
10. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, airline disruptions, or government restrictions.
11. Client Responsibility: Clients are requested to review the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and book documents carefully before confirmation. Once tickets/services are booked, changes may not be possible.
12. Acceptance: Payment towards the booking constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
13. Rate of Exchange (ROE): Package cost is subject to prevailing ROE. The ROE applicable on the date of final payment will be considered, and any variation
