Enjoy dinner, and later board the Finnish VR Double Decker night train, known as the Santa Claus Express, that travels from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. This morning, after having breakfast, we checked out and started our journey towards Santa Claus Village. Here, the child in every individual will spring back as you start humming the “Jingle Bells” song spontaneously upon entering the village. Your childhood dreams and fancies will suddenly turn into reality as you meet Santa Claus in person at his office. In this village, you will have ample options to explore on your own, such as snowmobiling, husky sledge rides, and more. You may also post a letter to your loved ones anywhere in the world directly from Santa’s official
post office. The Arctic Circle at 66½° North, located in the vicinity of Santa Claus Village, is another major photographic landmark. Later, proceed to the igloo for an once-in-a-lifetime experience of staying in a small glass igloo. Enjoy the magical Arctic surroundings and, if lucky, witness the mesmerizing Northern Lights right from your igloo. Overnight stay at Northern Lights village (Small Glass Igloo) Resort.

Post breakfast, we proceed for a picturesque scenic drive to Kiruna – the northernmost city in Sweden. Iruna, too, has been serving as a prime destination for Aurora Hunting. The clear sky with pristine Taiga Boreal Forests around adds a mystical touch to this place. On arrival, treat your hunger with a hot dinner and spend the night in your hotel under the magical Aurora flashing in the sky. There, we visit the spectacular Ice hotel. The story of the Ice hotel starts in 1989, when it became the world’s first and largest hotel made of ice and snow in the Swedish village of Jukkasjärvi, 200 km north of the Arctic Circle. Icehotel is all about ice and creativity – with art as the result. That’s why the artists invited to take part are not required to have
worked with ice before – they’re selected from among those who send in their ideas based on originality, and creating it in real
natural ice would pose a new challenge. Each year, some 40 artists take part in Icehotel. The notion that several weeks’ Hard work and months of planning and preparation culminate in something that only exists for a few months is, in some respects, a bittersweet feeling.

Begin with a visit to Polaria, followed by the Sami Museum and the Polar Museum, offering insights into Arctic life and exploration. Continue to the iconic Arctic Cathedral, one of the most recognised landmarks of the city. Enjoy some free time for shopping and
exploring the charming streets of Tromsø at your own pace.
