ARRIVE IN PARIS—TIME FREE TO EXPLORE ON OWN

Welcome to the world of Aviana Holidays – the leisure unit of IATA accredited Aviana Travels Pvt Ltd, having goodwill of 30 years in the space of Travel & Tourism. Aviana’s experienced and pleasant Tour-Director, who will be with you throughout, the journey. She/He will assist you for immigration & custom formalities at least 4 hours prior to boarding. Now, On arrival at Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport in the morning/afternoon(depending on the flight time) clear the immigration and proceed for lunch on own followed by drop off at the Paris hotel. If reaching in morning then we have ample of free time to take up optional activities and do important sightseeing. One may choose to visit the Disneyland in Europe located near to the Paris. Here come in close contact with all the cartoon characters namely Mickey, Mini, Donald, Daisy etc whom you all had loved in your childhood days. This fantasyland will surely turn out to be one of your best memories ever. Evening free OR as an optional one can choose to explore the Montmarte /Sacre Couer area or enjoy the famous cabaret shows which are famous worldwide. Later post dinner spend a comfortable overnight in Paris hotel.

PARIS ORIENTATION TOUR + EIFFEL TOWER+SEINE CRUISE

Today after breakfast in the hotel set out for the Orientation tour of Paris. We start with all the major landmarks of Paris namely the Champ Elysees – the liveliest avenue of Paris lying in the heart of the city. Next the Arc DE Triomphe honors those who fought and died for France during the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Under its vault lies the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier from the First World War. Trocadero is yet another beautiful sight of Paris a few meters away from Eiffel Tower displaying sprawling garden. Opera Granier has also earned its name for housing the largest stage in Europe, which is Slanted. The vast stage of the Palais Garnier is the largest in Europe, measuring 52 meters wide by 62 meters high–large enough to fit the Arc de Triomphe! Next hold on your patience as we gradually move towards the Eiffel Tower for an ascent till the 2nd Level for an unforgettable birds eye view of the city. Lastly we wind up the trip by a lazy cruising on the Seine River sailing through the heart of the city. After the cruise we proceed for the dinner at an Indian Restaurant followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

DRIVE FROM PARIS TO ZURICH

After breakfast, we embark on a long drive towards Zurich and pass by the outskirts of Dijon a small town of France known for its cobbled roads and French essence. While travelling we finish our lunch enroute. Lunch to be done on own. Once we arrive in Zurich enjoy an Indian dinner and later proceed to the hotel for an overnight stay.

LUCERNE ORIENTATION – MT TITLIS EXCURSION

After a lavish breakfast we further set out for an Orientation tour of Lucerne where the places of interest namely the Lion Monument constructed to honour the bravehearts of the war, the Chapel Bridge – the oldest wooden bridge of the world, will grab your attention. Later from there will start your unforgettable mountain excursion to Mt Titlis. This snow clapped mountain offers wide range of snow filled activities to be enjoyed majorly being the Ice Flyer. We finish our lunch there at the mountain. Next in the evening post dinner spend a relaxing night in your hotel in Zurich.

OPTIONAL DAY EXCURSION TO JUNGFRAUJOCH MOUNTAIN
WITH LUNCH

Today after breakfast , we have day free to explore Zurich on own visiting the various churches, shopping streets etc. However, there’s an option for more excitement too. You may add on and proceed for an excursion to Mt Jungfraujoch -which is one of the highest peaks of the Alps. The Jungfraujoch is an eternal snow clapped mountain offering exquisite view of the neighbouring glacier – the Aletsch. One has to reach upto Lauterbrunnen to board the Cog wheel train which moves upward and will take you to Kleine Scheidegg and lastly the Jungfraujoch railway you take you through the last leg of the journey. Now an updated version of a cable car has started operating named as Eiger Express which takes you to the mountain summit at a much lesser time. Next, a scrumptious lunch awaits you followed by a brief orientation tour of the mesmerizing Interlaken as the name suggests located between the 2 lakes of Thun and Brienz. In the evening after finishing your dinner spend the night at the comforts of the hotel.

ONWARD TO INNSBRUCK VIA SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL WORLD

After breakfast we check out and proceed towards Rhine falls for a short stopover. This is one of the mightiest waterfall in Zurich. One can enjoy an optional boat ride in Rhine Falls. Later cross the border to Austria. Afterwards, proceed to Wattens to explore the amazing Swarovski Crystal Museum. A water-spouting Giant that magically lures visitors into its interior, where Chambers of Wonder ignite beacons of imagination, has managed to become a globally-recognized work of art attracting more than 9 million visitors to date. Whether delicate crystal dust or a majestic solitaire; the versatility of crystal is unparalleled. ONWARD TO SALZBURG AND SOUND OF MUSIC TOUR- FURTHER TO VIENNA

Post breakfast check out and take your seat in the coach to be safely transferred to Salzburg in Austria. Passing through various scenic locales between lakes and mountains we shall reach Salzburg. On arrival we head to learn about the life of the Von Trapp Family which is inseparably linked to the city of Salzburg. Every year nearly 300,000 people visit the VonTrapp Family homes and film locations. The 1965 film about the moving life of the novice, Maria von Trapp and her singing family with Julie Andrews in the leading role became an international box office success. The songs from “The Sound of Music” are known throughout the world. We will visit some of the film locations including the famous Mirabell Palace and Garden. Later we drive toVienna for an overnight stay with dinner.

ORIENTATION OF VIENNA WITH SCHONBRUNN PALACE VISIT
– EVENING PROCEED TO AIRPORT FOR DEPARTURE

After breakfast we start exploring the Austrian Capital. We pass by the major landmarks like the impressive Vienna State Opera, are the neoclassical Parliament, the grand Hofburg Palace etc. Then we proceed to see the Schönbrunn Palace. This palace is the the former residence of the Habsburg family. Schönbrunn Palace is a former imperial 1,441-room Rococo summer residence in modern Vienna, Austria. One of the most important cultural monuments in the country, since the 1960 sit has been one of the major tourist attractions in Vienna. The palace and gardens illustrate the tastes, interests, and aspirations of successive Habsburg monarchs. By early evening we wrap up and proceed toVienna airport for our return flight to India. Return with fond memories.
