ARRIVE IN MYKONOS

Assemble in Kolkata Airport for your flight to Mykonos via a middle east stopover. Our transfer will be waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to hotel. After boarding our luxurious vehicle, sit back and relax as the driver transports you to hotel for check in and free time to relax. In the evening transfer to Paradise beach for some relaxation and nightlife enjoyment. Dinner at Indian restaurant and return to hotel, overnight.

MYKONOS- CITY WALKING TOUR AND ISLAND TOUR

Breakfast and free morning at leisure. Lunch and walking tour to city of Mykonos. This tour sweeps through the medieval town of Mykonos also known as the “chora”, being famous as a cosmopolitan island due to the lifestyle and a variety of visitors all around the world, We offer you an opportunity of a lifetime to experience first-hand the true beauty of the Mykonian town, by walking you through its history and re-living some of its past memories. As you will be walking down the coastal paved road, we will pass Manto Square, where the famous monument of Manto Mavrogenous stands, a Greek heroine of the Greek War of Independence. Right after we will head down the famous Matoyianni area, where you will find clothing and footwear shops of famous fashion brands and you will see attractions such as the 3 wells, the home of Manto Mavrogenous’ mother and the Maritime Museum. Crossing the narrow winding paths, through the castle of the Chora and the Scarpa area where ‘Little Venice’ is located, which is famous for its picturesque medieval two storey houses, you can admire the elaborate church of “Panagia Paraportiani”, one of the most famous architectural structures in Greece. We continue our tour to explore the island, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner land- scape. We see fishermen and kaikia, small private chapels and houses built in typical Cycladic style. In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, an idyllic place 6km from town, where the guests have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square and they can visit the monk monastery Panagia Tourliani built in the 16th century. After tour, dinner at Indian restaurant and return to hotel. Overnight.

MYKONOS – SANTORINI-SUNSET TOUR IN OIA-FIRA:

Breakfast, check out from the hotel in Mykonos and transfer to port for your departure to Santorini. Arriving by sea is the best way, as the full impact of the cliffs and Caldera are best seen from a boat. Arrival, pick up and transfer to Indian restaurant hotel . Check in free time for freshen up. we will visit Fira the capital town of the island. Wondering through the white cob bled streets of Fira a town of about 2000 inhabitants one gets the feel of the old-world charm blended in with the modern day comforts and Gold Street where someone can find the most interesting jewellery. We continue our tour to the traditional village Oia which is on the northern tip of the island, high on the cliff top. Oia hosts the most magnificent views on Santorini and a picturesque road with cliffs on one side and sea on the other leads to this attractive village typical of Santorini’s architecture with houses sunk deep into the volcanic soil, their whitewashed walls and blue domes sparkling in the sunlight. After sunset, transfer to Indian restaurant for dinner and return to hotel.

SANTORINI-VOLCANO BOAT TOUR & THE HOT SPRINGSTRANSFER TO ATHENS

Breakfast, check out and transfer to Athinios port, where you will board the boat for Volcano boat tour and the Hot springs. After a 10-minute short trip, the boat arrives at the port of Erinia which is the name of the small bay of the active volcano. The ship will remain there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and if you want, you can follow the small path to reach the top where the active craters are located. There you can take pictures, see the rocks still smoking and where it strongly smells brimstone. After your return back to the ship, we depart for the island of Palaia Kameni where the hot springs are located, the famous natural mud baths, which have been created after the volcanic eruptions. In the small bay of St.Nickolas, the water temperature varies from 30 to 35 degrees Celcius, as it constantly mixes with the normal seawater. The ship remains here about 30 minutes and you have the opportunity for swimming. It’s quite a time since there is no beach but you should climb down the stairs of the boat. You have to swim about 30 meters until the interior of the small bay of the Hot Springs. After the swimming at the thermal waters, the boat returns back to old port where by cable car we will reach Fira. Lunch at local restaurant and then walking tour to Fira the capital town of the island. We continue our tour where by bus we will go to the Center of the island and on the highest point where you will visit the hidden gems of the area. The first stop of the tour is the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias which was built on the highest point of the Island 550 meters above sea level. From there you will have a panoramic view of the whole island. After Prophet Elias we will continue to the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and a Venetian Castle. The village is one of the highest points of the Island and the View is amazing overlooking the North West part of Santorini. Last stop the black beach of Perivolos and then transfer to airport for your flight to Athens ( packed dinner). Arrival , pick up and transfer to hotel for check in and overnight.

ATHENS CITY TOUR “A JOURNEY THROUGH HISTORY

Breakfast free morning to relax and 12.00 get ready for the most amazing city tour through history that AVIANA choose for you and gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city!!!!! We will start our tour with the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896. We will continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex Royal Palace), guarded by the Euzones in their colorful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus – one of the largest in antiquity, the Hadrian’s Arch – the symbolic entrance to the city, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, the Syntagma – Constitution Square. Lunch at indian restaurant and we will continue our tour with Acropolis with the Architectural Masterpieces in the world of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Only 300m. away from the sacred rock of Acropolis stands the impressive New Acropolis Museum where at last 4000 priceless statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era. After our visit, free time at s Plaka area where we will have time for shopping and pleasant walk through the narrow picturesque streets. Dinner at Greek typical restaurant and folklore show. Return to hotel, overnight.

ATHENS TO CAPPADOCIA

Post a fulfilling breakfast at the hotel check out and set out for your departure to Turkey, having the best impression of your trip to Greece!!!! After our visit, we will be offered a packed lunch and then transfer to the Athens Airport for flight to Kayseri (Cappadocia) via Istanbul. On arrival to Cappadocia be transferred to the hotel in the night and overnight stay in Cappadocia.

CAPPADOCIA UNDERGROUND CITY & GOREME OPEN AIR MUSEUM + TRADITIONAL DANCE SHOW

At the break of the dawn one can OPT for Hot Air Ballooning Ride at an extra cost. Later after returning from there post breakfast we will drive to the Underground City, one of the best preserved Underground cities in Cappadocia. Then visit to Uchisar Castle, the highest point of Cappadocia. After Uchisar, you visit Goreme Open Air Museum, the Heart of Cappadocia. Goreme Open Air Museum is famous for frescoes dating to 10th century describing the life of Jesus Christ and monks. In the meanwhile we go to a local restaurant to have lunch. After lunch, we go to Love Valley. Love Valley Cappadocia is a hidden valley with scenic formations to say the least. Despite the resemblance to man hood, these amazing rock formations are far from man-made. After Love Valley we visit Pasabag Valley, which is also called Valley of Monks, where you can see unusual rock formations formed out of volcanic eruptions.Last stop is Three Beauties, three beautiful fairy chimneys with their hats, which is the symbol of Cappadocia. Wait, there is more to unfold in the evening when all of you will be escorted to the World of Traditional Turkish Dance show. The various soulful dance will leave you mesmerized. Post the show hot dinner will be provided followed by overnight stay.

DEPART FROM CAPPADOCIA – TO KONYA – TO PAMUKKALE

After breakfast early in the morning drive to Konya. Once your reach to Konya stop at a restaurant for lunch at 13:00Hrs. After a local lunch visit the imposing green – tiled Mausoleum of Mevlana, the mystic founder of the Sufi sect (Whirling Dervishes). After the Konya Mevlana tour drive to Pamukkale . Arrival to Pamukkale and check into your hotel. Overnight stay with dinner.

PAMUKKALE TO COTTON CASTLE AND FURTHER TO KUSADASI

After breakfast check out from your hotel and we depart for out orientation tour. We shall visit the calcium terraces of Pamukkale (cotton castle) and the ruins of Hierapolis, then walk around this natural phenomenon and have the option of lying in the waters of the natural springs. This bubbling thermal water is known to contain certain healing ingredients which cures many skin ailments. Enjoy a local lunch . After the tour transfer to your hotel in Kusadasi for an overnight stay with dinner.

EPHESUS TOUR – VIRGIN MARY – TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS TOUR TO ISTANBUL

Either breakfast at the hotel if time permits or Carrying a packed breakfast very early in the morning check out and be picked up from your hotel to proceed to Istanbul, en-route with guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best preserved ancient sites in the world en-route, visiting the Virgin Mary, Temple of Artemis,. Local lunch break around at Epheseus. After the lunch, we will visit the beautiful Sirince region. After the tour transfer to Istanbul and en route enjoy a local dinner. Overnight stay at Istanbul.

ISTANBUL CITY TOUR + EVENING BOSPHOROUS CRUISE

Post breakfast be picked up from your hotel for a day tour of old Istanbul city. Visit to TOPKAPI PALACE The great palace of the Ottoman sultans from the 15th to the 19th centuries housing an exquisite collection of crystal, silver, and Chinese porcelain, robes worn by the sultans and their families, the famous jewels of the Imperial Treasury, miniatures, the Holy Mantle; enshrining relics of the Prophet Mohammed. Then proceed to ST. SOPHIA MOSQUE This ancient basilica, built by Constantine the Great in the 4th century and reconstructed by Justinian in the 6th century, is one of the architectural marvels of all time. SULTANAHMET IMPERIAL MOSQUE Across from St. Sophia built in the 16th century by the architect Mehmet, is known as the BLUE MOSQUE because of its magnificent interior decoration of blue Iznik tiles. HIPPODROME Ancient Hippodrome, the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Lunch break at 13:00pm. After the lunch we will then take you to the GRAND COVERED BAZAAR In this labyrinth of streets and passages are more than 4,000 shops with each trade having its own area: the goldsmiths’ street, the carpet sellers, Turkish arts and crafts, such as hand painted ceramic plates, hand-honed copperware, brassware and trays, water ewers, onyx-ware and meerschaum pipes. Post the orientation tour enjoy an Indian lunch and return to hotel. Later in the evening at 7:30 pm you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to the boat for Dinner Cruise on the Bosphorus with belly dancing show and drop of back to hotel at the end of tour. During the tour you will be able to see historical places like Dolmabahce Palace, Ortakoy Mosque, Maiden’s Tower, Rumeli Fortress, Bosporus Bridge, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, Beylerbeyi Palace etc. After the dinner you can dance the night away to entertaining music provided by professional DJ and traditional show programs or simply relax with a drink and enjoy the view.

Today post breakfast we check out and proceed to the Istanbul Airport to board the return flight to India (in case return by morning flight) or else day free at leisure with a local lunch and evening return flight to India.
