HIGHLIGHTS: Issyk-Kul Lake – Burana Tower – Bishkek (road transfer 280 km)

Have breakfast at the hotel. Check out which will be followed by drive to Bishkek. The road goes along the North shore of the lake and via Boom canyon. Lake Issyk Kul is not only the largest lake in Kyrgyzstan, but the second largest alpine lake in the world. It has a length of 182 kilometers, a maximum depth of 668 meters, and a surface area of 6,236 km².On the way visit the Burana complex. The complex consists of Burana Tower, Museum and Cemetery of Balbals.

After excursion continue driving to Bishkek. Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, borders Central Asia’s Tian Shan range. It’s a gateway to the Kyrgyz Ala-Too mountains and Ala Archa National Park, with glaciers and wildlife
trails. The city’s arts scene encompasses the monumental State Museum of Fine Arts and the colonnaded Opera and Ballet Theater. The vast, central Ala-Too Square features the Manas monument, honoring the hero of the Kyrgyz Epic of Manas.

Upon arrival start the sightseeing tour of Bishkek: the central Ala-Too Square, National hero Manas Monument, statue of Lenin, Old Square with Parliament House, Victory Square, Oak Park, Opera House, Philharmonic Society. If time permits, we will take you to visit the Art gallery and the Art Museum. Have dinner followed by check in to the hotel. Stay overnight in Bishkek.
