HIGHLIGHTS: Golden Triangle on Arctic: Thingvellir National Park – Geysir – Gullfoss
This morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and we will drive to Thingvellir National Park where the ancient parliament met for centuries on the shores of Iceland’s largest lake. After a walking tour, continue through the farmlands to the thermal area of the great Geyser Strokkur spouting hot springs.
Then we visit Gullfoss, known as the ‘’Golden Waterfall’’ and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Iceland. The water plummets down 32 meters in two stages into a rugged canyon which walls reach up to 70 meters in height. On a sunny day shimmering rainbow can be seen over the falls. Later drive to the hotel for check-in and enjoy Dinner at the hotel restaurant. We will make an attempt to explore the Northern Lights tonight, followed by overnight stay in the hotel at Hvolsvollur or Hella area.

After enjoying a hot breakfast, you will have a spectacular driving along the south shore of Atlantic. We will make a stop at the spectacular waterfall Skogafoss. Only a few kilometers away from the south shores of Iceland, lays the village of Skógar along the Southern Ring Road. It is a popular center surrounded by unusual scenic beauty. The breath-taking view of Skogáfoss waterfall and scenic surroundings and the snow-capped heights of two towering glaciers are Skógar’s major attractions.
Onwards we will take you to Reynisfjara beach…which is called the Black Beach…viewing the extraordinary rock formations and thundering waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Afterwards, we will have a stop at Vik, the most southern tip of Iceland. The village of Vík in full is the southernmost village in Iceland, located on the main ring road around the island, around 180 km (110 mi) by road southeast of Reykjavík.
Continue travelling towards the east, Jökulsarlon Glacial Lagoon where you can enjoy a breathtaking sight of floating icebergs on the fantastic 180m deep glacial lagoon. This area is called one of Iceland’s most outstanding areas of natural beauty dominated by the Glacier Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest Ice Cap.
After enjoying this lifetime experience, we return to the hotel in Klaustur to have a hot dinner at the designated restaurant. This will be followed by another adventurous Northern Lights hunt on foot. Stay overnight in the hotel at Hvolsvollur / Klastur / Hella area.

After a relaxed breakfast and check out, we will have a long scenic avenue with a spectacular view throughout, till reaches at Reykjavik – the Capital of Iceland. Reykjavík is the capital and largest city of Iceland. It has the latitude of 64°08′ N, making it the world’s northernmost capital of a sovereign state, and is a popular tourist destination. It is located in southwestern Iceland, on the southern shore of Faxa Bay. With a population of around 123300 it is the heart of Iceland’s cultural, economic and governmental activity.

Visit the fascinating Aurora educational and recreational center – the Northern Lights Centre, to gather exciting and informative facts on the Northern lights.

After such an astonishing experience, we will visit to the Volcano House.

After finishing the breakfast, it’s time to check out and proceed for Swedish Paradise – Kiruna. The coach will drive through the continuous-picturesque beauties of the Arctic Circle. We will cross the border to Sweden and will have some photo stops in between to capture the landscapes in one’s memory.
We will have few spectacular photo-stops through the mesmerized landscapes. Upon arrival in Kiruna, check in to the hotel and the day is free. The surrounding area of Kiruna boasts awesome landscapes, ranging from mountains and crystal-clear lakes to ancient boreal forests and streaming rivers. Taiga is also known as the Boreal Forests as well as the world’s largest terrestrial biome.

HIGHLIGHTS: Chance of Aurora on Torne River – A Lifetime Experience
After a relaxing breakfast, the day is free till afternoon. We will try to arrange any optional tours, per your choice…out of many choices. In the morning after having a relaxed breakfast, we will have a scenic Walking Tour of Kiruna, to see the Wooden Church in the shape of a Sami gothic, a tent cot and designed by architect Gustav Wickman. The church was completed in 1912 and donated by the LKAB Mining Company to the people of Kiruna. The altar painting is by Prince Eugene, and other artists involved in the decoration of the church. In 2001, the church was voted Sweden’s most beautiful building.
We will then cover the City Hall and neighbor surroundings on foot itself. Come back to hotel for a relax time at the hotel or stroll down in this small city beyond the Arctic Circle with its uncanny beauties…a place to be remembered throughout your life.
In the evening, you will be transferred to Torne River Valley in the late afternoon to explore an unforgettable experience of a Lifetime – A magical night with reindeer, silence and stories about the Northern lights – a well-known phenomenal in the Sami Mythology.
Safari Jeeps will pick you up from the designated place where the coach leaves us…to a small Sami village…Kurruvaara Camp… half an hour away from Kiruna on the road to Norway. You must enjoy the silence and darkness, far away from the city lights, hoping to spot the mysterious Aurora borealis. It has to be dark and relatively clear – and you also need some good luck!
During this tour you will hear many stories with regard to Sami mythology and history. In addition, you may also get a chance to encounter some reindeer in a corral and feed them with your own hands. They guide will serve you a warming soup with moose meat and bread…though a proper dinner will be served apart from this.

The National Scenic Route through virgin beauty runs through some of the country’s most dramatic landscapes, and is exceptionally beautiful…beyond one’s imagination.
Upon arrival at Narvik, proceed for a short Tour of Narvik. The location of Narvik is perfect – It is located on the shores of the Ofotfjorden. The municipality is part of the traditional district of Ofoten inside the Arctic Circle. The town of Narvik is surrounded by astonishing mountains and fjords.
In this modern city in the Arctic, nature and culture go hand in hand. Tromsø has many activities on offer, from an aquarium to several quality museums. The city is also a popular place to observe the majestic phenomenon of the northern light.
Tromsø is located 350 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle and is the largest city in Northern Norway. From October-end to March many people come to Tromsø to see the northern lights.
You will be later drove down through the amazing scenic avenue to Tromso Island. After check in to the hotel, have dinner followed by aurora hunt on foot…avoiding the light pollution.

We visit the unique Polarmuseet where your guide will use one hour to introduce you to the fascinating world of Roald Amundsen, Fridtjof Nansen, Wanny Volstad, and Henry Rudi. After a short break, the tour continues along Storgata (the pedestrian street), the Market Place, the Cathedral, and the Mack Brewery.

The Cable Car runs from Solliveien in Tromsdalen up to the mountain ledge Storsteinen (421 m above sea level).
